Abstract: © 2017 IEEE. The objective of this study is to construct a model of intellectual capital management for improving its traditional management process by using the Delphi method. The research approach has been focused on identifying indicators that are important to the achievements of the business performances with the participatory assessment of several experts in the organization. This has been done for avoiding any bias that might occur from the evaluation by a particular management. The conceptual model of this research has been applied to a real business of which intellectual capital need to be developed, particularly in today's logistics industry. The research results show that the suggested model can help the organization determine the important intellectual capital indicators at suitable numbers in managing logistic business. In addition, the proposed process and results can also be applied to further development in enabling organizations to manage its business within limited resources more efficiently.
