Abstract: This independent study titled “Supplies and Inventory Management System on Cloud Architecture Using Google App Scripts" aimed at solving problems, as well as developing and improving supplies and inventory management for the Knowledge and Innovation Center in the form of web application working automatically using cloud computing. The objective was to promote more effective work processes by applying the system as a medium for operation. The researcher conducted the research according to the software development standard ISO29110 to improve system quality. The system consisted of modules used for solving problems about supplies and inventory management such as a supplies and inventory database, circulation and loans of inventory and disbursement of supplies, purchase documents, reports of supplies and inventory, etc. The main tools used for improving the system were Google Account, Google Apps Scripts, Google Spreadsheet Service, and Google Docs. The results from evaluating users’ satisfaction in the real environment found that it was good on average. Most of the users were satisfied with the system, which helped support the operation of the supplies and inventory department along with facilitating the personnel in the Knowledge and Innovation Center.
