Abstract: The independent study on Efficiency Evaluation of Registration Rights and Juridical Acts of Lamphun Provincial Land Office was aimed to study: 1) the efficiency of services of Registration Rights and Juridical Acts of Lamphun Provincial Land Office 2) the factors that affect the efficiency of services of Registration Rights and Juridical Acts of Lamphun Provincial Land Office 3) the ways to improve the efficiency of services of Registration Rights and Juridical Acts of Lamphun Provincial Land Office. The samples of this research consisted of 384 service recipients and 10 officials who worked in Registration Rights and Juridical Acts of Lamphun Provincial Land Office. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and interview. The findings of this research showed that the efficiency of services in overview was in a good level. Considering the findings on each service part were found that (1) equitable service was in an excellent level (2) timely service was in a good level (3) ample service was in a fair level (4) continuous service was in a fair level (5) progression service was in a good level. The factors that affect the efficiency of services in terms of inputs composed of personnel, materials, and technology were contributed to operational efficiency. Although the budget was not enough but the management system worked quite well, so it did not affect operational efficiency. The process factors consisted of accuracy standards, speed, and more technical facilities were also contributed to operational efficiency. Guidelines for improving the efficiency of services should be improved in both the service provision and the operation with regard to the development of human resources and technology including the improvement of laws, regulations, orders, and reducing the various procedures to be flexible and reasonable for supporting more operational efficiency.
