Abstract: This study was aimed at constructing and finding the efficiency of Programmed Instruction entitled Catagories of Thai Words for Prathom Suksa 4 students, and studying Thai Learning of those students. The sample used for finding efficiency was 50 Prathom Suksa 4 students at Wat Mae Gad Noi school, meanwhile the target group was 5 Prathom Suksa 4/1 students at Srisangwan Chiang Mai school enrolled in the 1st semester of 2015 academic year. Those were physically impaired but could learn normally.The instruments were 4 books of the linear-type Programmed Instruction entitled Catagories of Thai Words and a 40 - item of multiple-choice test. The data was analyzed through percentage and then compared with the set criteria 80/80 and 80% respectively, and then presented via tables with description. The findings were: The efficiency of the Constructed Programmed Instruction was 92.99/81.43 which was higher than the set criteria. After learning through the Programmed Instruction, the average pencentage score of the target students was 85.50 which was also higher than the set criteria.
