Abstract: This independent study was conducted to determine the method for improving the quality of the Kwang River by analyzing the source of wastewater affecting the quality of the water. Three monitoring points were assigned, namely CMU01 which was the area of wastewater discharge from Northern Region Industrial Estate; CMU02 which was at Tha Nang Bridge area and CMU03, which was at the Ban Yu Bridge area. Samples were collected once a month during December 2022 - February 2023, to analyse and calculate for the Water Quality Index (WQI) and compare with the results of Environmental and Pollution Control Office 1 (Chiang Mai). In addition, the actual measurement results were compared with the prediction from Streeter-Phelps model. It was found that the water quality in the Kwang River during December 2022 and January 2023 was in good conditions while in February 2023, it was in fair conditions. Sources of wastewater that were influential in the study area were those from industrial estates and domestic wastewater. Abstract: The equality of education is very important to the country's development. However, the number of teachers who work in the rural area has significantly decreased. This situation causes a shortage in the number of rural teachers. This study proposes machine learning models for predicting the employment region of higher vocational college graduates. The data is gathered from graduates from a vocational college in Guangxi, Beihai vocational college. The size of the population is 454 where 285 samples work in the urban area and 169 samples work in the rural area. This research was performed by pre-processing the data, comparing the performance of the algorithms, and resampling methods. The results indicate that the F1-score of the best machine learning model can reach 0.991 ± 0.015. As nations strive for educational equity, our findings offer a framework to inform strategies for attracting graduates to rural teaching roles in both rural and urban areas.2023-11-11T00:00:00Zการทำนายระดับความสุกของทุเรียนจากเสียงเคาะ

Abstract: In this independent research endeavor, a predictive model for assessing the ripeness levels of durian fruits based on sound tapping was developed. The ripeness levels were categorized into three stages: raw, unripe and ripe. To create a highly accurate predictive model, the researchers conducted a comparative study in the data feature extraction phase from the tapping sound. Three methods were explored and compared: Mel-Spectrogram, Short-time Fourier Transform (STFT), and Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC). The researchers opted to use a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm in developing the model.
To evaluate the performance of the developed model, accuracy was measured by comparing the data extracted using all three feature extraction methods. Abstract: Typically, the drawings of the roof structure are drawn as two-dimension AutoCAD
drawings which prone to error and difficulty in control, communication, distribution, and inspection
of the construction process. As several issues occur from the miscommunication of two-dimension
drawings such as inaccuracy of joint locations or mismatching dimensions leading to conflict and
causing lots of time and money. To improve the communication of the drawings, this research
purposed using building information modeling (BIM) along with augmented reality (AR) for the
roof structure. The BIM+AR model of the roof structure was illustrated to the stakeholders then
collected questionaires from 40 stakeholders to assess the correction, difficulty, and opportunities of
BIM+AR model. These questionaires gain a good feedback .The first 3 obvious benefits are to help
build understanding of the structural three-dimensional model. It can be used to improve
communication efficiency and to support in planning the construction of the roof structure to be
